The Gothic cathedral took nearly six centuries to complete. It is the 5th-largest church in the world and the largest in Italy. Over the centuries “Duomo” was assaulted by many international forces but survived  and you can discover all of that visiting .

Did you know that, one great leader in world history was Napoleon Bonaparte and he was crowned King of Italy at the “Duomo”?!

Sforza Castle (Italian: Castello Sforzesco) the notorious  castle of Milan. Rising from rural nobility, the Sforzas became condottieri and used this military position to become rulers in Milan. The family governed by force, ruse, and power politics, similar to the Medici in Florence. Under their rule the city-state flourished and expanded. You can learn more about this family watching a small TV serial  named The Borgias, I recommended:)!

Everybody knows Milan is one of the amazing city for the fashions addicted included the  world’s oldest  shopping  malls: The Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II .Housed within a four-story double arcade in central Milan, the Galleria is named after Vittorio Emanuele II, the first king of the Kingdom of Italy.
